Course design overview
Grievance Redress Channel

Grievance Redress Channel available
for project stakeholders to submit questions,comments, suggestions
and/or complaints, on issues such as adverse impacts from
project activities, security and safety concerns or provide any form of feedback on all project activities. Submission of complaints can be expressed at any time throughout Project implementation.   

The complaints shall be examined within 10 working days of the receipt of the grievance.
