  • Province-Based Case Presentations: Multidisciplinary groups analyzed real field cases, linking them to previously acquired skills to design long-term community care plans.
  • Strengths Finding: Participants identified personal and group strengths to prevent professional burnout.
  • Value and Meaning: An evening session explored the Meaning of Work and defined the core values that will drive their future service.

Day 2: Strategic Implementation and the WOOP Method

The second day focused on the technical frameworks needed for institutionalized support.

  • 3F Reflection: Practitioners reviewed their journey through Feel (emotions), Found (lessons learned), and Future (action plans).
  • Community Network Dialogue: A showcase of successful provincial network models highlighted effective coordination and sustainable Referral Systems.
  • WOOP Coaching: Participants used the WOOP method (Wish, Outcome, Obstacles, Plan) to create concrete, resilient action plans for their return to the community.
