Module 4: Summary of Learning and Preparation for the International Conference aims To synthesize all learning (Conceptualization), extract lessons learned from actual practice, and establish shared goals for sustainable community-based implementation and peaceful community reintegration.


Session Deliverables
Day 1: Reflection on Value and Case Study Dynamics

The first day focuses on bridging the competencies gained from Modules 1–3 with real-world field experiences.

  • Strengthening Confidence: Reviewing the application of knowledge regarding Self-Efficacy and Hope through small group exchanges.

  • Market of Ideas: Engaging in multidisciplinary learning across five groups to exchange diverse perspectives.

  • Case Study Presentations: Representatives from each province present real cases to collaboratively design systematic, long-term community support plans.

  • Evening Dialogue: A session dedicated to exploring the Value and Meaning of Work and its impact on the self and society.


Day 2: Sustainable Networking and Future Planning

The second day emphasizes the establishment of multi-sectoral support systems and international readiness.

  • The 3F Reflection: Practitioners reflect on their Feelings (Feel), Findings (Found), and Future actions (Future) based on their specific professional roles .

  • Community Network Dialogue: Studying successful models of collaboration, coordination, and sustainable Referrals and follow-up within community health networks .

  • Goal Setting via WOOP: Utilizing the powerful WOOP technique (Wish, Outcome, Obstacles, Plan) to develop concrete provincial action plans .

  • Systemic Thinking with Six Thinking Hats: Applying the Six Thinking Hats method to reduce conflict and enhance the quality of decision-making within multidisciplinary teams.

  • Global Transition: Preparing presentations for the International Conference to share success stories and lessons learned.


Assessment & Outcome

The curriculum employs Authentic Assessment to ensure participants have achieved full competency:

  • Attitudinal Readiness: Evaluation through PERMA criteria to measure mental well-being and positive energy in professional practice.

  • Collaboration Skills: Assessing the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, external organizations, and community networks.
