Grievance Redress Channel
Grievance Redress Channel available for project stakeholders to submit questions, comments, suggestions and/or complaints,
on issues such as adverse impacts from project activities, security and safety concerns or provide any form of feedback on all project activities. Submission of complaints can be expressed at any time throughout Project implementation.
The complaints shall be examined within 10 working days of the receipt of the grievance. The deadline for investigating the complaint may be extended by 10-30 working days by the PIU, and the complainant is to be informed about this fact, whether:
Additional consultations are needed to provide response to the complaint;
The complaint refers to a complex volume of information and it is necessary to study additional materials for the response
